Are all White Sangha "Ngakpa" practitioners?
I'm interested to know which orders have this?
I'm a Sakyapa, but have not met anyone wearing
householder clothes. But I've seen pictures of
people wearing that garment in Dagchen Jigdal Rinpoches
Sangha.
Is there additional vows for these practitioners?
